For the first time, treatments that can slow Alzheimer’s disease are here – and research is bringing us closer to a future where Alzheimer’s can be cured.
 
But progress means little if people can’t benefit from it. Right now, these new treatments aren’t available to most people through the NHS, and the NHS isn’t yet ready for what could come next.
 
Nobody should miss out on the progress dementia research is making possible. Government must act now to make sure the NHS keeps pace.
